A native of the Yeats County and now Connacht Champions, Damien grew up in Collooney, Co. Sligo where music and sport played a major role in his life.
An avid Radio listener in his formative years he always felt he was destined to be involved in the Radio Industry. After finishing school Damien moved to Dublin where he gained valuable experience in Sales and Marketing. With the introduction of Local Radio Licences he returned to the West in 1990 to join North West Radio in December of that year and continued to work there until 2004. Since then he has been part of the Midwest Radio team.
Damien is Midwest Radio’s Advertising Executive for Ballina, Sligo, Belmullet and Achill.

| Martin McHugh - Advertising Executive |

Martin is a native of Castlerea in Co. Roscommon. A past pupil of Castlerea Vocational School, Martin spent all his working life in the hardware and building trade before joining Midwest Radio in 1989. Martin is married to Terese (nee Neilan) from Cullingboy, Kilteevan, Co. Roscommon and they have 4 sons and a grandson.
Martin is Midwest Radio’s Advertising Executive for Roscommon, Ballaghaderreen, Ballyhaunis, Charlestown, Claremorris, Kiltimagh and Swinford.
